Weatherbee

Every since she was a little filly, Weatherbee has always been fascinated by Equestrian weather. In their little villa along the edge of Canterlot, little Weatherbee always woke up early to watch the pegasi come out to work on the weather. All she wanted was to soar the skies with them and see how the pegasi develop, plan and manufacture the weather…the only problem is, she is an earth pony.

She dedicated her life studying to develop a machine that can allow her to soar the skies. Finally, with the help of her brother Crankshaft (who ended up being a better mechanic than her), she created a machine called the übersky, a flying device that can “land” on clouds and monitor the weather phenomena. Now she works at the Weather Office at Cloudsdale as a ground liason, giving weather reports to earth ponies and calculating weather conditions appropriate for the day.

Most of the pegasi at the Weather Office despise her, calling her a “wannabe pegasus” but she tries to shake off the snide remarks and enjoy her job.

Weatherbee doesn’t talk much, but when talking about weather, machines and/or DJ PON-3, she tends to nerd out.
